The disclaimer

These are results from my own two listings. They aren't typical and they aren't a promise. Your results depend on your property, location, season, price and market.

What that means

• The before and after numbers on this site come from my own two listings, one in Spain and one in Dubai. They are shown only once I have the dashboard evidence on file.
• Results like mine are not typical. Most hosts who make changes see smaller differences, no difference, or differences caused by things other than the changes.
• Nothing on this site promises bookings, income, ranking or any platform status.
• Testimonials, if any appear, are real and shown with consent. They describe one person's experience, not what you should expect.
